Give the reader context
Explain the product or service involved, what happened and what response you received. Choose the date of the experience accurately. Specific, relevant details help a reader understand a rating.
Keep private information private
Do not post phone numbers, email addresses, booking references, order identifiers, payment information or the names of private individuals. Copied reviews, invented experiences, promotional links, threats and discriminatory abuse do not belong here.
Publication follows moderation
A submitted review enters a pending queue. Approval checks suitability for display; it is not certification of the event. The site does not fill empty pages with fictional feedback or calculate ratings from nonexistent reviews.
Opinion can be favorable or critical
The same relevance and privacy standards apply to praise and criticism. A negative opinion alone is not a reason to reject a review. The publisher can seek clarification or decline content that breaches these standards.
Flag a concern
Use the report option or directory contact form to identify a privacy issue, a review about the wrong business, or another policy concern. Include the review reference and a concise explanation for the moderator.
