Serving the pages
Cloudflare hosts and protects the directory. Delivering a page involves network and technical request information, which the hosting provider may process across countries. Readers do not need an account to browse. At launch, the directory has no embedded advertising or third-party analytics scripts.
Review records
The review form stores a display name, email, rating, title, experience date and written account. If approved, the display name, rating, text and displayed dates can appear publicly. The email stays in the private moderation record and is excluded from the public review response.
Messages to the publisher
Messages, corrections, review reports and privacy or copyright requests are kept in a private administrative queue. Authorized administrators use the supplied details to assess and respond to the request. Do not include passwords, identity documents, complete payment details or confidential reservation records.
Security and administration
Submission controls use a limited pseudonymous request identifier to restrict repeated requests. A secure cookie maintains an authenticated administrator session. Contributions and settings are stored in the hosting database and are available only through the appropriate public or administrative routes.
Access, correction and retention
Records are retained for the purposes of handling contributions, maintaining the directory, preventing abuse and meeting applicable obligations. Explain which record is involved; proportionate identity checks may be needed before disclosure or deletion.
Company websites after a click
An external company runs its own website and privacy practices. Once you follow that link, its cookies, forms and account systems apply. Read the provider’s notice before sending private details.
